wasted 2 test strips and had to stick my finger 3 times this morning to get a reading...whinge whinge moan.......
now I need to remember to set an alarm on my phone to do my post breaky test as well...sure as eggs I'll forget if I don't!
The basmatis rice, red beans and kimchi seem to work well for me as a breakfast....I know it's a bit weird, but tastes good, low GI, etc...
and easy to chuck in the rice cooker when I'm getting other stuff ready as well!
